System description

        The integrated control system consists of data center, remote control system, equipment host and communication bus. Each unit connects the system data center, remote control panel and each equipment host through two independent communication buses. When any communication link fails or any unit fails, the system will realize instant recovery through redundant backup to ensure the normal use of users.

       1. Redundancy design: bus redundancy, equipment redundancy, remote control panel redundancy and control (touch key) redundancy design. When any single component, single communication link or single device fails, the system will automatically switch and backup to ensure the basic use function of the device.
       2. Replaceability: each bus unit, bus interface, main control panel, remote control panel and software control interface are unified. Each unit can be interchanged with each other, support hot plug, plug and play, and facilitate the replacement of spare parts. (ground well identification, ground well status monitoring signal)
       3. Equipment health management: manage the health status of each equipment and unit of the system: Health sub health fault scrap, establish the bionic function of "self monitoring, self maintenance, self repair, self reinforcement, self compensation and self adaptation".

       Internet of things technology application: through the network and RFID technology to achieve human (operator) machine (equipment) information interaction. RFID identity is used for control authority management, control process, current status record data interaction. 
       Cloud computing and big data technology application: use cloud computing technology to integrate all devices, remote control panels and master control hosts connected through the network. Each application software can not only work alone, but also flexibly use system resources for operation control, cloud data storage, cloud computing processing, etc. The degree of freedom, redundancy, self-healing, self compensation and adaptive ability are greatly improved. All personnel's participation information, operation control information, equipment operation status, equipment health status, etc. are recorded in real time and gradually form a large amount of big data. Through the mining and statistical analysis of big data, effective data are formed to optimize product production process and design parameters, optimize process management, and optimize personnel management.
